Our natural lashes continuously grow, shed, and are replaced with new lashes. A full lash shedding cycle typically occurs every 4–8 weeks, which is why regular fills are recommended to maintain a full, beautiful look. Lash Fill Appointments – 1, 2, 3 & 4 Week Fills Available Keep your lashes looking full, fresh, and flawless with customized fill appointments based on your retention and schedule. ✨ 1 Week Mini Fill – Perfect for special occasions, vacations, events, photoshoots, or emergency touch-ups. ✨ 2–4 Week Standard Fills – Recommended maintenance appointments to refresh your lash set and replace natural lash shedding. ✨ After 31 Days – Please book a Full Fresh Set instead of a fill appointment. Brows Add-Ons Available: • Brow Wax • Brow Tint • Brow Lamination Enhance your appointment with beautiful, polished brows for the perfect low-maintenance beauty routine.
Cancellation Policy
THE PALM BEAUTY STUDIO APPOINTMENT POLICIES Thank you for reviewing our policies. Please read before booking: • All services are final and non-refundable. • Deposits or prepayments are required and non-refundable unless cancelled by your provider. • Please arrive on time to ensure full service and respect for other clients. NO-SHOWS Missing your appointment forfeits your deposit/payment. Multiple no-shows may block future bookings. Rebooking requires a new non-refundable deposit. RESCHEDULING 48 hours’ notice is required. Less than 48 hours results in a forfeiture of deposit. Each appointment may be rescheduled once. CANCELLATIONS Any cancellation forfeits your deposit/payment. TARDINESS Please be on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for services over 1 hour. Beyond that, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit/payment forfeited. SERVICE AVAILABILITY We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
